JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has been served with the proceedings dated 17.07.2017, in which, para 4 (i) says that the petitioner was awarded contract in the year 2002. Therefore, he cannot be construed either as an employee on daily wage basis or on consolidated pay.
2.Therefore, this Court agreeing with the respondent, closes the contempt petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 17.07.2017, it is open to him to challenge the order in the manner known to law.
