JUDGMENT / ORDER

The above Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.No.8470 of 2009, dated 12.10.2009.
2. This Court by an order, dated 12.10.2009 made in Crl.O.P.No.8470 of 2009, had directed the first respondent to peruse the complaint, dated 21.09.2009, given by the petitioner, and if a congnizable offence had been made out and if it was a fit case to be investigated, the first respondent shall register a case and to proceed further, in accordance with law.
3. At this stage of hearing of the Contempt Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the directions issued by this Court by the order, dated 12.10.2009, had been complied with and a complaint had been registered, in Crime No.574 of 2009, on the file of Kutallam Police Station and further proceedings are being taken, in accordance with law.
4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.
5. Since, no further orders are necessary in this Contempt Petition, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
