ORDER Sri. Adbhuth, learned counsel for Sri. Diwakara K., learned counsel for the petitioner.
Taking into account the order which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondents.
2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia has prayed for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the arbitration suit in a time bound manner.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the arbitration suit is pending before the trial Court since 2014 and no effective action in the matter has been taken for disposal of the proceedings.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission and taking into account the fact that the arbitration suit is pending before the trial Court since 2014, the petition is disposed of with a direction to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible within a period of two months from today.
