Order on Civil Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2021.
Heard Mr. Dinesh Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application has been filed for seeking correction in the order dated 10.6.2020.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the name of the Court below as occurring in the sixth and seventh lines of second paragraph of the order dated 10.6.2020 has wrongly been transcribed as "Civil Judge (S.D.)/F.T.C., District- Gautam Buddh Nagar", whereas the correct name is "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaushambi, District Kaushambi". He therefore submits that the aforesaid mistake be corrected accordingly.
Prayer so made is bonafide and accordingly the same is allowed.
Name of the Court below, as occurring in the sixth and seventh lines of second paragraph of the order dated 10.6.2020, shall be read as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaushambi, District Kaushambi" in place of "Civil Judge (S.D.)/F.T.C., District- Gautam Buddh Nagar".
This correction shall form part of the earlier order dated 10.6.2020.
With the aforesaid directions, the present correction application stands finally disposed of.
