Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for respondents No. 1 to 3 and perused the record.
The present petition seeks a direction upon the respondent No. 2 to transfer the investigation to any other Officer so as to ensure fair and proper investigation in Case Crime No. 213 of 2019, registered at P.S. Charwa, District Kaushambi, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506, 326 I.P.C.
In the petition there is no specific averment as to why the Investigating Officer, investigating the matter, would be biased or would not conduct the investigation fairly though, in a bald manner, it has been alleged that he has demanded some improper consideration. If that is so, the petitioner can always make a complain to the higher authorities.
With the aforesaid liberty this petition is disposed off.
