2. Heard Mr.B.H. Mankad, learned advocate on behalf of Mr.Hriday Buch, learned advocate for the applicant and Ms.Chetna Shah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State.
3. By way of the present application, the applicant-convict has requested to release him on temporary bail for a period of 15 days from 10.01.2012 on the sad demise of his mother, who expired on 10.12.2011.
4. I have perused the jail record of the applicant, and Death Certificate of his mother. In view of the said reason, the applicant is released on temporary bail for a period of 15 days commencing from 10.01.2012 to 25.01.2012 on his executing a bond of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) to the satisfaction of the Jail Authority. Upon completion of the said period, he shall surrender before the Jail Authority. Application is disposed of. Rule made absolute accordingly.
