The petitioner's writ petition challenging his order of transfer dated 24.11.2018 has been dismissed.
Since the petitioner is holding a transferable post and the transfer has not been made in violation of the Statutory Rules, we are of the opinion that the learned Single Judge has not committed any error in dismissing the writ petition leaving it open to the appellant to make a representation after joining at the transferred place in case he is not facing personal difficulty.
We do not find any scope for interference in this special appeal.
The appeal is dismissed with liberty to the appellant to make a fresh representation.
