In this civil revision petition, the petitioners challenge the judgment rendered by the Wakf Tribunal, Kollam on 16.8.2013 in O.S.No.5 of 2011. By the said judgment, the suit instituted by the revision petitioners was dismissed and the counter claim raised by defendants 2 to 9 was decreed.
The petitioners have now filed I.A.No.3122 of 2014 stating that in view of Annexure A1, the petitioners are not desirous of prosecuting the civil revision petition any further. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents does not oppose the relief sought in I.A.No.3122 of 2014. In such circumstances, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
