In response to the order dated 23.5.2019, Sri M.K.Giri, learned counsel for the bank has placed the Statement of Account of the applicant sent by Branch Manager, U.P.Sahakari Gram Vikas Bank Ltd. Zamania, Distt. Ghazipur. Copy of the Statement is taken on record and a copy of the same is also handed over to learned counsel for the applicant.
In the facts and circumstances, the Court is of the opinion that substantial compliance has been made in the matter and the cause for filing of the contempt application no more survives.
Consequently, the present contempt application stands disposed of.
