JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A. G. A.
This is an application for quashing of the chargesheet in Case Crime No. 645 of 2009 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, Police Station-Civil Lines, District-Aligarh.
No good ground for interference is made out. Application is accordingly rejected.
However in case, the applicant surrenders and moves an application for bail within four weeks from today before the court concerned, the same shall be considered and disposed expeditiously if possible, on the same day.
