Issue notice to the remaining respondents returnable at an early date.
Learned counsel for the petitioner will take steps for service of notice upon the said respondents within a week.
The respondents may file counter affidavit within three weeks.
List this matter on 29.10.2014 subject to service upon the said respondents.
Till the next date of listing, the parties to the suit are directed to maintain status quo with regard to the suit property.
