An affidavit of compliance of Investigating Officer has been filed by the learned A.G.A. and the same is taken on record Heard Sri Satyendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Deepak Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the impugned order dated 18.4.2018 passed by the respondent no. 2 and further that a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 be issued not to proceed with the investigation in Case Crime No. 901 of 2017, under Section 386, 392, 504 and 506 IPC, P.S. Sardhana, District Meerut pursuant to the impugned order.
Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that the further investigation, which was ordered by the S.S.P., Meerut under Section 173(8), a supplementary charge sheet has also been submitted against the accused respondent nos. 4 and 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said accused- respondents have already obtained bail.
With the above observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
