Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
Learned counsel for the applicant makes an oral prayer that he may be permitted to correct the name of the Police Station Hasanpur in place of Police Station Saidnagali in the memo of the application, prayer clause etc.
The aforesaid prayer of the learned counsel is allowed.
Let necessary corrections be carried out during the course of the day.
Correction application is allowed.
Let the name of the Police Station 'Saidnagali' stand deleted and replaced with Police Station 'Hasanpur' in the memo of the application, prayer clause and also in the fourth line of fifth paragraph of the order dated 13.11.2018.
