Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that proceedings of the case is stayed against co-accused Nadeem and Ikram.
List with connected aforesaid application in due course. Till next date of listing entire proceeding of case no. 222 of 2012, (State of U.P. vs. Ikram and others) in Case Crime No. 653A of 2011, under Sections- 147, 148, 336, 323, 324, 325, 452, 353, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Gohan, District- Jalaun shall remain stayed.
