The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that when status quo order was not being complied with then upon his complaint the authorities should not have slept over the matter.
It is, therefore, directed that the Sub-Divisional Officer may take further action in pursuance of the order dated 29.11.2018.
The writ petition is disposed of.
