This application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the entire criminal proceeding of Criminal Case No. 4037 of 2008 (State vs. Israr & others), U/s 498-A I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Izzat Nagar, District Bareilly.
Record shows that this matter is pending since 2008 on account of interim order dated 19.9.2008 passed by this Court whereby the proceedings of the lower Court has also been stayed.
Application is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order stands vacated.
