Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case No. 189/224/665 of 2012 (Smt. Israji Vs. Vijay Shankar), under Section 34 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act pending before Tehsildar, Handia, District-Allahabad, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Case No. 189/224/665 of 2012 (Smt. Israji Vs. Vijay Shankar), under Section 34 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
