Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Shri Saurabh Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondents.
Petitioner is seeking a direction commanding the respondent authorities to pay the petitioner revised pension @ Rs.9,000/- per month, arrears of pension alongwith revised amount of D.A. in place of Rs.5,140/-.
On instruction, Shri Saurabh Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent apprised to the Court that qua to the terminal benefits, after computation, the amount of Rs.70,000/- has been paid to the petitioner and for remaining amount, some reasonable time is sought for so that the payment may be ensured in favour of the petitioner.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, on consent, the writ petition is disposed of asking the respondent authorities to ensure entire payment of remaining amount in favour of the petitioner within two months from the date of production of copy of this order.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
