Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2. Petitioners are the accused in Crime No.427 of 2015 of Payyoli Police Station, Kozhikode District. They along with the co-accused is accused of having committed the offences under Sections 419, 420, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. They are juveniles. Under the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act they are entitled to bail unless detention is beneficial to them. So it is not necessary to invoke the jurisdiction of this court under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
In the result, this application is dismissed.
