Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is that her representation dated 12.4.2019 filed against the alleged irregular appointment of the Principal of the Institution is still pending before the District Basic Education Officer, Basti and no action is being taken on the said representation of the petitioner.
Considering the circumstances of the case, the District Basic Education Officer, Basti is directed to decide the aforesaid representation dated 12.4.2019 submitted by the petitioner before him expeditiously in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioners in the present writ petition.
