The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant is that a direction be issued to the concerned court below where the Session Trial No. 45 of 2014, Case Crime No. 243 of 2007, under Sections 302, 201 & 34 IPC, Police Station Manjhanpur, District Kaushambi is pending to decide the case within a definite period.
Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the concerned court below to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided there is no legal impediments.
