The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that by some mistake the land which was inherited by the petitioner after the death of his father Buddhan, had been vested in the State. In this regard the petitioner has filed an application on 18.08.2011 which is pending consideration.
It is, therefore, directed that order shall be passed on the application within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
