(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) This matter has been mentioned for correction of mistake appearing in our order dated June 19, 2012 by which we passed an ad-interim order after entertaining the public interest litigation fixing July 5, 2012 as the returnable date.
Our attention has been drawn to the fact that in three different places, namely, page-3 fourth line of second paragraph, page-4 second line of last paragraph and page-5 first line of third paragraph, the subject matter of the land has been shown as 36,000 sq. feet whereas the same should be 17,160 sq. feet as will appear from fourth line from the bottom at page-169 of the petition.
Therefore, in those three places the figure 36,000 sq. feet should be replaced by 17,160 sq. feet. We do not touch any other portion of our order dated June 19, 2012. Our earlier order is modified only to the extent indicated above.
