JUDGMENT / ORDER

Despite the directions vide order dated 19.12.2012, until now, any reply has not been filed by the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and it is not explained as to why any decision with regard to pension has not been taken with reference to the case of present petitioner, a retired employee.
Mr.
Rashesh Rindani, learned AGP, for the respondent State has submitted that one more opportunity may be granted, as a last chance, to file reply affidavit.
In view of the said submission, instead of passing order requiring the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to remain present in the Court, time to file affidavit is granted until 21.3.2013 on condition that the officer responsible for causing the delay in filing reply affidavit shall personally pay costs of Rs.2,000/-. If reply affidavit is not filed on or before the next date of hearing, then, not only the concerned responsible officer will pay the aforesaid amount towards costs, but the respondent No.2 will personally remain present in the Court.
