1. It is reported to this Court that as directed in order dated 13.04.2012, the Registry sent Special Messenger-one Shri Vikram Rajput to serve the order to the Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Ahmedabad. Today, it is also brought to notice of this Court that order sent through the Special Messenger by the Registry was received by the Registrar of City Civil Court, Ahmedabad on 17.04.2012. It is further stated that from the office of Registry, one Ms.Sheela Vijay, Section Officer, had called up the Registrar of City Civil Court, Ahmedabad on 19.04.2012 to know what steps were taken pursuant to the order dated 13.04.2012. This Court was further appraised that she was told by the Registrar, City Civil Court, Ahmedabad that by the evening, the Registry of this Court shall be given proper intimation. Even on that day, as no intimation was received, she again made a phone call to the Registrar, City Civil Court, Ahmedabad on the same day in the evening but unfortunately, said phone call was not responded. She further stated that she then called up the said Registrar on mobile phone also but the Registrar, City Civil Court, Ahmedabad did not take up the mobile phone.
2. In view of the above, the Registrar, City Civil Court, Ahmedabad is directed to remain personally present before this Court on 27.04.2012 at 2:30 pm.
3. The Registry is directed to communicate this order to the Registrar, City Civil Court, Ahmedabad latest by 21.04.2012.
