Since the appellant is a senior citizen and insisting upon appearing as party-in-person and appears to be unable to follow the language or instructions of the Court, it was requested to learned counsel Mr. Munshaw, who is an advocate on penal of respondent No. 1, to waive service and take necessary instruction for assisting the Court. He agreed to do the needful. His name may be shown as appearing for respondent No. 1. As for respondent No. 2, learned Assistant Government Pleader is requested to waive service and he has agreed to appear and assist the Court by appearing for respondent No. 2. So the name of Government Pleader may be shown for respondent No. 2.
