Ref: Criminal Misc. Time Extension Application No.1 of 2018 Learned counsel for the applicant has sought extension of time for availing the facility of surrender provided by this Court vide order dated 04.04.2018.
The matter already stands disposed of. This Court being a Court of criminal jurisdiction, has no further jurisdiction to pass any order even by way of extension of time.
Accordingly, this time extension application is hereby rejected.
