Ishwarbhai vs Saiyed

In view of the order passed earlier dated 19.12.2011, learned counsel Mr. M.B. Gandhi requests for adjournment which is resisted by learned advocate Mr. Qureshi. However, in the interest of justice, the matter is adjourned to 14.2.2012 finally to enable learned counsel Mr. Gandhi to pursue the matter pending before the City Civil Court for necessary orders.
