Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The present application has been filed by the applicant for quashing the charge-sheet No.1/07.02.2017, submitted by P.S. Sarai Aquil, District and Sessions Judge, Court No.4, Kausambi in pursuance of FIR registered at P.S. Sarai Aquil dated 20.11.2016 in Case Crime No.484 of 2016, under sections 138B of the Indian Electricity Act.
With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, it is provided that no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant on the aforesaid charge-sheet, however applicant will regularly appear before the court below and participate in the proceedings. In case, applicant does not cooperate in the proceedings, it shall be open for the court below to pass an appropriate order and consider and decide the matter expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the production of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
