Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following reliefs :
(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 to restrain the respondent no. 4 and his criminal associate not to take any coercive action / grab the land No. 177/2 of the petitioner.
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 to possession be handed over to the petitioner of his Land No. 177/2 as justice be done.
(iii) issue a writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.
(iv) award the cost of the petition to the petitioner.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner for redressal of his grievance has already filed a representation before the respondent no. 2 on 13.2.2018 but the same has not been decided till date. It is submitted that the petitioner has been forcibly evicted from his property by respondent no. 4 and hence a direction be issued to the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation expeditiously.
Having heard the learned counsel for the parties present and perused the averments made in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 2 District Magistrate, Jalaun to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioner before him on 13.2.2018 by a speaking and reasoned order within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
