The courts below have refused to reject the plaint under Order 7 Rule 11 C.P.C and as barred by time though the suit was filed after 30 years of the cause of action.

This apart the relief claimed in the plaint is completely vague, misconceived and incomprehensible.

Issue notice to the respondent to show cause why the plaint may not be quashed for both the above reasons.

Until further orders, further proceeding of Original Suit No. 159 of 2010 , shall remain stayed.
