A request has been made on behalf of opposite party for being granted some further time to decide the Sessions Trial in pursuance of the directions issued by this Court on 06.09.2017 in Application U/s 482 No. 29330 of 2017.
Having regard to the facts and submissions advanced on behalf of counsel for the opposite party, three months' further time is granted to conclude the proceeding, failing which, it shall be open to the applicant to approach this Court by way of fresh contempt application.
With the aforesaid observation, the contempt application is disposed of.
