Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to expedite the proceeding of Case No. 1827 of 2011 (State of Uttar Pradesh Vs. Ishtiyak Ahmad) arising out of Case Crime No. 336 of 2000, under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Shadiyabad, District- Ghazipur pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghazipur.
Keeping in view that the matter relates to the year 2000, I hereby direct to the court below to gear up the matter and make necessary endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of production of the certified copy of the order after adhering to the provision of law u/s 309 Cr.P.C..
With the aforesaid directions, this 482 Cr.P.C. application is finally disposed of.
