Heard Sri Vikrant Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G.P. Singh, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
Learned AGA pointed out that the Commissioner concerned has not been made party in the present petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh petition.
The present writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh petition.
Office is directed to return the certified copy of the FIR to the learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining a photocopy of the same.
