Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
Upon joint request and instructions received from the respective parties, it is submitted that the subject matter be referred to the Gujarat High Court Mediation Centre for resolving the dispute between the parties.
In view of above, the subject matter is referred to the Gujarat High Court Mediation Centre for taking up the case for mediation and periodical reports be submitted about the progress of medication.
The matter is adjourned accordingly.
If possible and convenient to the learned Mediator, it is submitted that the learned advocates would like to appear before the Mediation Centre on 05th March 2012.
