1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents.
2. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that their pending representation dated 26.12.2020 may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of this writ petition with direction to respondent no.4 to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioners dated 26.12.2020, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks. If, the petitioners are found eligible for compensation, without creating any 3rd party rights, the same shall be decided after affording opportunity to all the concerned.
5. With the above observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
