Grievance of the petitioner is that respondent no. 3 though is not District Panchayat Raj Officer, but he is utilising that designation and also using authority of that Office.
Having considered all the facts stated in the petition for writ, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition for writ by relegating the petitioner to agitate his cause before the Director, Department of Panchayat Raj, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. The petitioner if submits any representation to the Director, Department of Panchayat Raj, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow within a period of four weeks from today alongwith a certified copy of this order, then the Director, Department of Panchayat Raj, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow shall consider and decide the same in accordance with the law within a period of four weeks subsequent thereto.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
