JUDGMENT / ORDER

Notice returnable on 20.06.2012.
Ms.Nisha Thakor, learned A.G.P., at the request of the Court, has taken instructions from the Mamlatdar, Pavi Jetpur, who is personally present in the Court.
It is reported that at the request of the villagers, a public road is closed and the petitioners are not permitted to use the said road.
The respondents are directed to file affidavit justifying such an action whether it is backed by any provision of law by 20.06.2012. Direct service today is permitted.
