THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.22685 of 2014 ORDER :
This writ petition is instituted before finalisaion of appointment of Halt Agent for Gurazala Gate Railway Station, Nadikudi, Macherla Sections, Guntur District, apprehending that without following the due procedure, the agency was identified.
2. During the pendency of this writ petition, Sri Gangineni Nayudamma was appointed as Halt Agent. Challenging the said appointment, W.P.No.23147 of 2014 has been filed, wherein notice was ordered.
3. Since Agent was already appointed and the same is under challenge in W.P.No.23147 of 2014, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
