Affidavit of compliance has been filed by the learned A.G.A., which is taken on record.
Heard Sri S.M. Iqbal Hasan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri A.R. Chaurasia, learned A.G.A. and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to ensure the arrest of accused persons in pursuance of the F.I.R. dated 17.05.2019, in Case Crime No. 187 of 2019, Under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 302 IPC, P.S. Didauli, District Jyotiba Phule Nagar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the informant of the case.
Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that two accused persons, namely, Rehan and Rizwan, who are named in the FIR, have been arrested, whereas the remaining other three accused persons shall be arrested without any inordinate delay and the investigation of the instant case shall be brought to its logical end.
In view of the above, Investigating Officer of the case is directed to conclude the investigation within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
