Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Vikas Sahai,the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant bail application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicants in Case Crime No. 163 of 2019, under Sections 380 I.P.C., Police Station Hafizpur, District- Hapur.
The Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicants bearing in mind the repeated offences under Section 380 I.P.C. allegedly committed and in respect of which material has come on the record. The Court additionally notes that of the three cases while two relate to Police Station Hafizpur one relates to Police Station Pilkhuwa.
Bearing in mind the aforesaid, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is refused.
The Application is consequently rejected.
