This writ petition has been filed for issuing of mandamus directing the Superintendent of Police, Farrukhabad, Station House Officer, P.S. Kaimganj, District- Farrukhabad and Investigating Officer of Case Crime No. 389 of 2017, P.S. Kaimganj, District- Farrukhabad to ensure the fair and impartial investigation in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 02.08.2017 registered as Case Crime No. 389 of 2017, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 395 and 397 I.P.C., Police Station-
Kaimganj, District- Farrukhabad.
It is alleged that F.I.R. was lodged on 02.08.2017 but police is not proceeding in the matter.
In the facts of present case, writ petition is disposed of with the direction to Superintendent of Police, Farrukhabad, Station House Officer, P.S. Kaimganj, District- Farrukhabad and Investigating Officer of Case Crime No. 389 of 2017, P.S. Kaimganj, District- Farrukhabad to ensure the fair and impartial investigation in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 02.08.2017 registered as Case Crime No. 389 of 2017, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 395 and 397 I.P.C., Police Station-
Kaimganj, District- Farrukhabad. and submission of report by Investigating Officer under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. as early as possible within a period of three months from the date of producing the certified copy of this order.
