Having considered the submissions of the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, let the applicants Irshad alias Anni, Nafees Ahmad, Nadeem Ahmad, Mohammad Gayur, Irfan and Rahees Ahmad convicted and sentenced in Session Trial No. 104 of 2009, under Sections 339 and 402 Indian Penal Code and Sesstion Trial Nos. 334 of 2009, 163 of 2009, 303 of 2009, 304 of 2009, 332 of 2009 and 397 of 2007, under Section 4/25 Arms Act arising out of case Crime No. 104 of 2009 be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the list amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. Realization of fine imposed against the applicants shall also remain stayed during the pendency of this appeal before this Court.
