Since the order of the reinstatement is already executed, the only question to be decided is regarding continuity of service and backwages. In view of the fact that the petitioner- factory is closed, with a view to enable the parties to find out an amicable solution for lump sum compensation in lieu of reinstatement, matter is adjourned 10.01.2013.
