This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227of the Constitution of India, praying to for issuance of visa to the petitioner bearing passport No.A07152184, for the purpose of continuation of her study in India and etc.

2. After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to the petitioner under the law.
