ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that respondent Nos.4 and 5 have not been allotting the essential commodities to the petitioner for distribution through her fair price shop in Bhimavaram Village, Sattenapally Mandal, Guntur District, though her fair price shop authorization is allegedly subsisting.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh), on instructions, submitted that on 25.08.2014, the petitioner's fair price shop authorization was suspended based on inspection made on 20.07.2014; that the said order could not be served on the petitioner as, she was not available at the Village; and that, therefore, the order of suspension was affixed at the Gram Panchayat Office.
In view of the above-noted submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the premise on which the Writ Petition is filed has turned out to be incorrect.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent No.4 for supply of a copy of suspension order and avail appropriate remedy in the event, she feels aggrieved by the said order of suspension.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.41148 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
