The respondent is present in Court. A fresh affidavit dated 31.10.2014 is filed, withdrawing the earlier affidavit dated 30.09.2014. The respondent has also tendered unconditional apology and expressed his regret for the inconvenience caused to this Court by his conduct. The present affidavit is accepted. The apology of the respondent is also accepted.

In view of the apology tendered, I do not consider it necessary to proceed further in this case. This contempt case is therefore, closed.
