Order on Criminal Misc. Second Bail Application No. 3 of 2018 This is a second bail application moved on behalf of applicant No.2 namely Faeem praying to enlarge him on bail in Session Trial No. 524 of 2013 (State Vs. Irfan and others), arising out of Case Crime No.72 of 2013, read with Section 120-B and 302 IPC, Police Station Bhot, District Rampur.
Heard Sri Nazrul Islam Jafri, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Zafar Abbas, learned counsel for the informant and learned AGA for the State. This is second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant No.2 namely Faeem. The first bail application was rejected on 05.03.2018.
We have perused the order dated 05.03.2018 by means of which the first bail application of the appellants was rejected and finds that there is no occasion to review the earlier order dated 05.03.2018.
Accordingly, the second bail application is hereby rejected.
However, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case the hearing of the appeal is expedited under Chapter-VIII Rule 33A of the Rules of Court.
Office report dated 06.02.2018 shows that the lower court record has already been received.
Let the paper book be prepared within two months from today and thereafter appeal be listed for hearing before appropriate Bench.
