Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Pawan Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State, and perused the record.
This is the second bail application of the applicant. It has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 303 of 2018, under Sections 307 and 414 IPC, Police Station Hasanpur, District J.P. Nagar (Amroha), during pendency of trial.
After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A., and perusing the averments made in the present bail application as well as rejection order, this Court is of the opinion that learned counsel for the applicant could not point out any good ground for grant of bail to the applicant.
Accordingly, the bail application filed on behalf of the applicant is hereby rejected.
The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the present case and conclude the same, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. It is made clear that the trial court shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the party The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad.
The computer generated copy of such order shall be self attested by the counsel of the party concerned.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
