1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants - Irfan, Zubair and Hussain, seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 322 of 2019, under Sections - 379, 411 I.P.C. and Sections 26, 41 and 42 of the Indian Forest Act, Police Station - Mirzapur, District - Saharanpur, during pendency of trial.
3. Besides the fact that chargesheet has already been submitted, perusal of the FIR reveals that the applicants had been named and having been spotted at the place of occurrence, all other submissions may remain to be considered at subsequent stage including those for consideration of regular bail.
4. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is rejected, leaving it open to the applicants to apply for regular bail, which application when filed may be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by any observation made in this order.
